Private Sessions

Individual classes, called Functional Integration®, are guided through touch. This gentle, respectful guidance introduces new ways of moving directly to the neuromuscular system--a great revelation to anyone, but especially to someone suffering from chronic pain.
The lessons, which are done in comfortable clothing, are completely painless. In fact, there is often an expansive sense of delight in the body as ease of movement and unrestricted breathing returns.
